Role requires 2-3 days per week in Limerick

The Product Manager - AI Delivery is a portfolio-level leadership position responsible for owning product excellence, standards, and governance across an organization's incubator portfolio. This role ensures that all incubated ventures have a validated path to customer value, traction, and potential spin-out.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own product vision, standards, and operating models for all portfolio ventures regarding problem selection, MVP scope, and product quality.

  • Act as the final product sign-off before ventures advance to the next development stage. Line-manage and mentor Product Leads, establishing consistent product practices across discovery, roadmapping, and feedback loops.

  • Partner with strategy and operations teams to identify viable problems, conduct customer interviews, and define value propositions.

  • Pressure-test ideas before engineering investment and decisively discontinue weak concepts early.

  • Ensure AI is implemented responsibly and commercially rather than as a novelty. Collaborate with the innovation team on AI-first product architectures, balancing model ambition with speed-to-market and cost.

  • Oversee MVP definitions, experiment designs, and learning loops.

  • Serve as the senior product voice and authority for enterprise partners, pilot customers, and board-level stakeholders.

  • Lead high-impact product demos and support client proposals, requirements gathering, and scoping.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in senior product leadership roles.

  • Proven experience delivering AI, machine learning, generative AI, or data-driven analytics products.

  • Strong background in product discovery, executive stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership across engineering, data, and design.

  • Comfortable managing multiple parallel initiatives within highly ambiguous, early-stage, and uncertain environments.
