Key skills & responsibilities Lead definition of the design work and deliver business outcomes across multiple product teams, with minimal guidance and coaching Partner with product to inform product strategy through design Maintain a customer-first mindset, asking thoughtful questions to uncover root problems Translate user and business needs into clear design solutions Present and explain design rationale clearly to business and technical partners Work across the organization to drive consistent customer experiences across products and platforms Apply and advocate for design system best practices, including reuse and scalability of components Contribute to the culture of the UXD group Provide design and product thought leadership Key skills or expertise 7+ years of UX design experience, with a strong background in complex enterprise, financial, and B2B environments A degree in a related field such as interactive design, architecture, industrial design, graphic design, or human factors is preferred A broad set of design skills, such as visual design, prototyping, information architecture, user research and strategic design methods (such as design sprints, journey mapping, service blue prints) Expertise in Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro A foundation of web development knowledge Proven success working in agile environments and supporting design teams at scale Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional partners Experience partnering with user research to understand customer problems Experience distilling qualitative and quantitative feedback to unearth recurring themes and promote data-driven design decisions Experience using research to support evidence-focused design decisions A digital portfolio we can review online is require
