    • Play a key role in Level 3 support across multiple sites via remote support.
  • Lead infrastructure projects as a key part of the team.

  • Build strong relationships across the business through excellent communication and customer-focused support

  • Work alongside a knowledgeable, approachable team that encourages collaboration and continuous learning

  • Skills & Experience:

    • Degree level qualification in computer science or technical discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-first approach.

  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience.

  • A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for helping others.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
