About the Role
You’ll join a new engineering team building out digital asset capabilities for institutional clients.
This isn’t a maintenance role. You’ll be working on new products, new systems, and new financial instruments, with the backing of a global organisation but the feel of a startup team.

You’ll design and build scalable, secure backend systems using Java and Spring Boot

You’ll develop
APIs and cloud-based services

You’ll work closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams

system design and technical decisions
- You’ll mentor others and help raise
engineering standards across the team
What You’ll Bring

You’ve got 5+ years building software in a backend-focused role

You’re strong with Java, Spring / Spring Boot, REST APIs

You’ve worked with cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines

You’re comfortable in Agile teams and enjoy collaborating

You care about
clean code, quality, and continuous improvement
- You’ve worked with Angular or modern JavaScript frameworks
Nice to Have
- You’ve used
test automation or TDD
- You’ve got some exposure to
blockchain or digital assets
