Senior Full Stack Engineer / Solution Designer Data & AI Platform | Insurance / Financial Services / Regulated Environments Our client is a global leader in Data and AI, delivering large-scale enterprise platforms across the insurance and financial services sector.

They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer / Solution Designer to play a key role in shaping modern digital solutions, driving technical excellence, and delivering AI-enabled business outcomes across a growing platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of scalable software solutions from concept through to production

• Translate complex business requirements into pragmatic, secure, and high-performing technical solutions

• Break down ambiguous business challenges into simple, deliverable MVPs that provide tangible business outcomes

• Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on across backend, frontend, integration, and AI-driven solutions

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automation capabilities, and LLM-enabled features within enterprise applications

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, QA, and global engineering teams

• Champion engineering best practices, code quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance

• Mentor and support engineers, helping to foster a high-performing engineering culture

• Drive delivery ownership and accountability across the full software development lifecycle Required Experience & Tech Stack

• Proven experience operating as a Senior Software Engineer, Lead Engineer, Technical Lead, Solution Designer, or similar role within enterprise environments

• Strong hands-on expertise with: .NET / Entity Framework Python Angular (or similar modern frontend frameworks)

• Experience designing and building APIs, integrations, and data-driven enterprise systems

• Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies to real-world business workflows and production systems

• Experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, or related AI capabilities into enterprise platforms

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

• Experience delivering solutions within insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated industries is highly desirable

• Nice to have: familiarity with schema-driven or dynamic form frameworks such as Form.io

• Minimum Stamp 1G (Spouse) or Stamp 4 visa required
