Full-Stack Engineer Dublin – 4 Days Onsite €60,000 – €65,000 + Benefits Cpl Recruitment are partnering with a global organisation currently expanding its engineering function in Dublin.

This opportunity will suit a mid-level Full-Stack Engineer looking to join a collaborative team working on modern enterprise applications within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute across both backend and frontend development, supporting the delivery of scalable applications and helping drive continuous improvement across engineering practices.

The Role As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll work closely with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to build and enhance modern applications across a distributed environment.

You’ll gain exposure to large-scale systems, cloud-native tooling, and Agile delivery practices while contributing across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications across backend and frontend technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions Support API and microservices-based development initiatives Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices Assist with system integrations and event-driven architectures Support CI/CD and automated deployment processes Troubleshoot and resolve application and performance issues Contribute to testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives Experience & Background 3–6+ years’ experience in full-stack software development Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot development Frontend development experience with Angular Experience working with REST APIs and microservices Exposure to SQL databases and distributed systems Understanding of Agile development methodologies Strong communication and collaborative working style Experience with cloud, containerisation, or DevOps tooling would be beneficial Must have Minimum 1G Spousal/Stamp 4 Visa Tech Stack Java, Spring Boot Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS REST APIs & Microservices Kafka Oracle / SQL Server Docker & Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines Git & Jira What’s on Offer Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 Hybrid model with 4 days onsite in Dublin Strong benefits package including healthcare, pension, life assurance, wellness supports, and flexible benefits options Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise platforms Collaborative team environment with strong career growth opportunities #LI-JM2
