Data & AI Engineer

Specialty: AI Security polices and Data Protection Controls

Long Term Daily Rate Contract

Dublin – 2 days onsite per week

I’m currently working with a client in Dublin that is expanding their AI teams and as a result, are now seeking an experienced Data & AI Engineer that has strong knowledge of data privacy controls & AI security policies. In this role, you will protect sensitive data across the digital estate and to manage AI‑related security risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all data & AI security policies and standards

  • Design and manage data protection controls

  • Improve data & AI security practices across the organisation

  • Work with Data & AI Governance teams to ensure controls and processes meet regulatory and internal requirements

Experience Required:

  • 4+ years experience in the area of data security & information protection

  • Experience with data protection controls such as Microsoft Purview

  • Experience of AI security techniques such as evasion attacks and model inversion

  • Experience working with governance teams and stakeholders on policy implementation

  • Certified in CISSP and/ or AI Copilot

  • Understanding of of data protection concepts

  • Excellent analytics skills

  • Experience securing AI/ML solutions in cloud environments
